House music has many parents and siblings: soul, funk, jazz, disco, hip hop (hip house). But disco and hip hop are probably the biggest influences in the house that music I like the most. For this installment of the Tryst mini-mix, this entire mix is influenced by disco. Perhaps later this week I'll post a mini-mix inspired by hip hop. For now, this mix is entirely inspired by disco.
